AVENN Optics Warranty
WHAT IS COVERED?
AVENN Optics sunglasses and optical frames are backed by a two (2) year warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the original date of purchase when bought from an authorised AVENN Optics retailer. All warranty claims must include valid proof of purchase so we can confirm the purchase date, product details, and place of purchase.
This warranty covers faults arising from manufacturing or workmanship. It does not cover scratched, shattered, or fractured lenses, or damage caused by accidents. Damage resulting from abnormal use or external factors—including pressure damage, exposure to excessive heat, intentional bending, misuse, or abuse—is also excluded.
Normal wear and tear, as well as damage to or deterioration of packaging (including cases), is not covered. Where a product is replaced due to a verified manufacturing defect, replacement packaging will be supplied as part of the warranty claim.
While AVENN Optics uses lock-tight screws and quality components, screws may loosen over time with regular wear. We recommend routine checks and maintenance to keep all parts secure. Failure to carry out basic maintenance may result in damage to frames or lenses that may not be covered under warranty.
To help extend the life of your eyewear, we recommend storing your glasses in their protective case when not in use, avoiding drops or impact, keeping them away from water and chemicals, and not leaving them in environments where temperatures exceed 50°C (such as inside a parked car). Damage resulting from these conditions is not covered under this warranty.
Can I Return My Order?
We want you to love your AVENN eyewear. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to return your order within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in 'as new' condition.
Returns made after 10 days but within 60 days of delivery will be eligible for store credit equal to the original value of the item.
Returns within Australia
We offer free returns for customers located in Australia.
To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:

Visit our Returns Portal and complete the return request form.

Repackage your item using the original AVENN packaging (which includes a spare return tape).

Attach the prepaid Australia Post return label provided.

Drop it off at your nearest Australia Post branch.
Please include a note in the package with your order number, full name, and clear instructions on whether you’d prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
International Returns
